The type of vitamins you should take while lowcarbing are covered very well by most of the low carb diet doctors (Atkins, Sears, etc) So do read up whichever diet you’re following as they have their own understanding related to their diets permitted foods etc.

One thing I would say though is that a general good quality multivitamin is a must. But not the type you buy from the drug store – they are often totally synthetic and a waste of time.
